The National Women’s T20 Tournament is set to begin tomorrow (7 May) at the Karachi stadium, featuring five teams– Challengers, Conquerors, Invincibles, Stars and Strikers.
Organised in a double round-robin format, the tournament offers a total prize pool of Rs3million. The winning team will take home Rs1.5million, while the runners-up will receive Rs1million.
In a statement, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said, “The teams finishing second and third on the points table will face off in a Qualifier on May 22, with the winner advancing to meet the top-ranked team in the final on 24 May.”
