The price of gold in Pakistan and globally witnessed a significant increase for the third consecutive session on Saturday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a hike of Rs1,100 on Saturday to reach Rs358,100. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs944, taking it to Rs307,013.
The global gold market also witnessed a big change, with the price of gold per ounce rising by $11 to reach $3,356.
The silver prices in Pakistan also saw a notable hike, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver rising by Rs85 to reach Rs4,022, and the price for 10 grams of silver to Rs3,488.
