Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Chaudhry Parvez Elahi said on Thursday that all the institutions should play their role for the sake of the country.
According to details, former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has visited the residence of the late politician, Mian Azhar for extending condolences to Hammad Azhar over the death of his father.
Expressing his thoughts on the occasion, Elahi said: “Not only the politicians have to be blamed for the political situation. All the institutions are responsible for the prevailing situation in the country.”
He paid homage to Mian Azhar, saying, “Mian Azhar remained my companion for 30 years. Mian Azhar took part in the politics with honesty.”
Prominent among those who visited to offer condolences to Hammad were Rasikh Elahi and Punjab Assembly Secretary Mian Khan Bhatti.
He prayed for the high ranks of the departed soul.
