The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest T20 rankings.
According to the ICC’s new rankings, Pakistan’s young batters Sahibzada Farhan and Hassan Nawaz have made significant gains in the T20 International rankings following their outstanding performances in the recent three-match T20 series against Bangladesh. Pakistan, however, lost the series.
Sahibzada Farhan jumped 69 places in the batting rankings to enter the top 100, now positioned at 97th with 389 points.
Middle-order batter Hassan Nawaz also climbed 14 spots and is now jointly ranked 54th with South Africa’s aggressive batter David Miller, with 500 points.
T20 team captain Salman Ali Agha saw a slight improvement, moving up two places to 91st, while opener Saim Ayub also gained two spots to reach 62nd.
