Actors Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have once again stirred speculation about a possible romantic connection after being spotted together in Vermont, where the Knives Out actress reportedly hosted the Mission: Impossible star during a quiet retreat.
According to People magazine, the duo—rumoured to have grown close since February this year—were seen enjoying each other’s company during their recent visit to the northeastern U.S. state.
“Ana loves Vermont. It’s her place to rest and recharge,” a source told the outlet. “She was excited to host Tom and show him around. She took him to all her favorite spots.”
The pair also stopped by the popular Billings Farm & Museum in Woodstock, where they blended in with other guests. Frances McLaughlin, the farm’s executive vice president, confirmed their visit, describing the setting as “a joyful place” and a “wonderful way to spend a few hours.”
“They were out and about, like our other visitors, visiting the garden,” McLaughlin said. “Guests here get to pick herbs, make butter, explore an amazing quilt show with handmade quilts by local Vermonters, and sample ice cream, maple syrup and our own cheese.”
While neither Cruise nor de Armas has commented publicly on their relationship, the insider noted that the two actors have “become incredibly close” in recent months.
“Ana really enjoys spending time with Tom,” the source added. “He continues to be a huge support—both personally and professionally.”
Cruise, 63, and de Armas, 37, first drew public attention earlier this year when they were spotted together on multiple occasions. Their latest outing in Vermont has only added fuel to the ongoing speculation surrounding their bond.
Despite the growing curiosity, both stars have remained focused on their respective film commitments. De Armas is set to appear in a new thriller later this year, while Cruise is reportedly working on the next installment of his iconic Mission: Impossible franchise.
