Pakistan Reinsurance Company, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Farmanullah Zarkon salary increased by 400 percent and was fixed at Rs24,00,000 per month, it was reported on Wednesday.
As per the documents, Farmanullah Zarkon will also avail the facility of receiving ten salaries as a bonus.
Chief Executive Officer Farmanullah Zarkon was appointed in 2022 at a monthly salary of Rs500,000 per month.
Later, the Board increased his salary by Rs24,00,000 in 2023. The documents further revealed that an increase in salary was notified covering the previous period.
Farmanullah Zarkon will also avail other facilities. He is provided one home, a medical allowance of his wife and children, two cars, and 500 liters of petrol.
Farmanullah Zarkon is allowed to avail one month with pay, salary leave. He is also provided with membership in two clubs.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) started an inquiry about his salary and privileges.
