RAWALPINDI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) has issued seventh non-bailable arrest warrant against Aleema Khan in connection with the November 26 protest case.

The ATC in Rawalpindi conducted hearings against Aleema Khan and 11 other accused in November 26 demonstrations.

Neither Aleema Khan nor her legal representatives appeared in court today.

Due to her absence, the court issued the seventh non-bailable arrest warrant against her. Additionally, a report regarding the freezing of her bank accounts was presented in court.

According to the report, Aleema Khan holds accounts in various banks, including those under Namal University and other welfare organizations. Banks that failed to submit their reports have been issued notices by the court.

Following this, the court adjourned the case until November 6, while keeping the seventh arrest warrant active.

It is worth noting that a case against Aleema Khan and the other 11 accused has been registered at Sadiqabad Police Station.
