SHAKARGARH: The three-day celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 556th birth anniversary have begun at the Kartarpur Corridor.
According to the Darbar administration, thousands of Sikh pilgrims from Pakistan and around the world are arriving in Kartarpur.
Around 2,000 pilgrims will reach Kartarpur today via Wagah. They will stay for two days before leaving for Eminabad on November 10 to perform further religious rituals.
Pilgrims have once again urged India to fully reopen the Kartarpur Corridor, allowing more devotees to access Darbar Sahib freely and without restrictions.
The Darbar administration added that special arrangements have been made for security, accommodation, medical care, and langar (community kitchen), ensuring all facilities are provided for the pilgrims’ convenience.
