Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Qaiser said the 27th Constitutional Amendment rendered the judiciary of the country as ineffective.
He made these remarks while talking to the media where he said two judges had resigned following the passage of the 27th amendment.
Qaiser praised the two judges for showing courage, stating that their resignations reflected integrity and resistance against what he described as unjust changes.
The PTI leader announced that a meeting has been called at 2pm tomorrow to decide the party’s next course of action regarding the current political and constitutional situation.
Qaiser further stated that PTI had boycotted the legislation related to the amendment, emphasizing that the party’s leadership would soon decide how to move forward.
