Player of the match Maham Anees (53 off 106 balls, 5 fours) put on a crucial 76-run partnership for the fourth wicket with skipper Fatima Sana (49 off 45 balls, 3 fours, 2 sixes).
Wicketkeeper-batter Sidra Nawaz added a valuable 33 off 40 balls, striking three boundaries.
For Stars, Anosha Nasir, Syeda Aroob Shah, and Syeda Masooma Zahra claimed two wickets each.
Chasing 210, Stars faltered after a promising start.
Following the dismissal of captain Omaima Sohail (37 off 67 balls, 4 fours), their innings unraveled, collapsing from 73-2 to 98 all out.

Meanwhile, at the HPC Ground in Faisalabad, Challengers completed a clinical seven-wicket victory over Invincibles, successfully chasing a 228-run target with 82 balls to spare.
Ayesha Zafar produced a sublime player-of-the-match performance, scoring an unbeaten 93 off 103 balls, decorated with 13 fours.
Ayesha shared a 122-run opening stand with Sadaf Shamas (54 off 65 balls, 5 fours, 2 sixes) before putting together an unbroken 67-run partnership with Eyman Fatima (30 not out off 23 balls) to take the team home comfortably.
Earlier, Invincibles were bowled out for 227 in 46.3 overs. Muneeba Ali top-scored with 61 off 62 balls, hitting 11 fours, while key contributions from Dua Majid (44), Hafsa Khalid (37), Fatima Khan (27) and Tuba Hassan (24) pushed the total past 200. Muneeba and Dua added 76 runs for the second wicket, and Hafsa and Tuba put on 60 for the fifth.
For Challengers, bowlers Aleena Shah, Rameen Shamim, Neha Sharmin Nadeem and Waheeda Akhtar took two wickets each.
