The Lahore High Court on Monday approved the bail application of YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, in the gambling application promotion case.
His bail was granted against sureties worth Rs1 million. The case was heard by Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry.
During the hearing, Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry reviewed Ducky Bhai’s post-arrest bail plea. After examining the case details, the court approved his bail against sureties of Rs1 million, allowing him to be released pending further legal proceedings.
The case was registered against Ducky Bhai by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), accusing him of promoting a gambling-related mobile application through his online platforms.

Ducky Bhai, who is among Pakistan’s most well-known YouTubers, was taken into custody after the NCCIA initiated proceedings over alleged involvement in promoting a gambling app. Following his arrest, his legal team approached the Lahore High Court seeking bail, arguing that the allegations required further investigation.
The court’s decision provides temporary relief to the YouTuber, who will now continue to face the inquiry while on bail.
