The hearing of the Tosha Khana II case will be held tomorrow in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail.
The case will be heard by Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand. PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi will be presented in the courtroom.
Bilal Butt and Shahroz Gilani will appear in the courtroom on behalf of the interrogation team. Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi’s lawyers Faisal Mufti, Salman Safdar, Zaheer Abbasi Chaudhry and Usman Gul and others will appear in the courtroom.
During the previous hearing, defense counsel Salman Safdar completed his final arguments. In yesterday’s hearing, the prosecution and defense lawyers gave their answers. Bilal Butt and Shahroz Gilani appeared in the courtroom on behalf of the prosecution team.
Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi will visit Adiala Jail again on Thursday (tomorrow) as the day is fixed by jail administration for the meeting of political leaders with PTI founder Imran Khan. PTI Secretary General Slaman Akram Raja has sent a list of six names to the Adiala Jail authorities.
The list also includes the name of KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi. The names of Member of National Assembly Shahid Khattak, Provincial Minister Meena Khan and Shaukat Yousafzai are also included in the list. The list also includes the names of Imtiaz Ali Warraich, Hafiz Farhat. The Chief Minister KP and other leaders will come to Adiala Jail for a meeting tomorrow.
