Imran-Faiz nexus harmed country; benefitted PTI: Tariq Fazal

Federal Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said on Friday that the nexus between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Faiz Hameed had harmed the country and benefited the party.

Addressing a presser in Islamabad, Chaudhry took a jibe at the PTI founder, saying, “The jailed person is spreading hatred against the armed forces. He maintained, “The ties with any of the neighbouring countries should not be strained. The masses are reposing trust in the Pakistan Army with the self-accountability. The Field Marshal has made it clear that there will be no leniency towards those who will exceed any limits.”

“A person is carrying propaganda, which is not acceptable at all. The responsibility lies on us to expose that propaganda,” Chaudhry maintained.

He took a jibe at Imran Khan, saying, “The PTI founder is using the jail as the party’s central secretariat. The propaganda is being done by these people, which is being done by our enemy.”

“The world is acknowledging the Pakistan Armed Forces under the leadership of the Field Marshal. Pakistan has never earned such respect before this. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is always earning immense respect from across the globe,” Chaudhry maintained.
