The notification for the approval of Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) Establishment Rules, 2025 was issued on Monday.
The gazette notification for the approval of rules of appointment had been issued on April 10, 2025.
The notification read that the approval of new rules was given under the powers granted by Article 208 of the constitution.
