Pakistani television actress Sehar Khan has shared an emotional account of her experience while filming the popular drama series “Aik Aur Pakeezah.” Known for her breakthrough role in Hum TV’s Sanwari (2018), Sehar Khan has since earned a strong fan base of 3.3 million on Instagram. Her impressive portfolio includes dramas like Farq, Rang Mehal, Zakhm, and Fairy Tale Seasons 1 & 2, and she recently won praise for her performance in Jafaa. She is also set to appear in Jin Ki Shadi Unki Shadi alongside Wahaj Ali.

In a candid interview, Sehar Khan revealed that filming Aik Aur Pakeezah was emotionally challenging. She said, “When we were shooting, the sequences were very heavy and intense. It was mentally and emotionally exhausting. Even after watching the fourth episode, the pain and pressure we felt during filming still stays with me. I am speechless and grateful to everyone watching with so much love and sensitivity.”

Earlier, Sehar Khan strongly criticized online content that humiliates women. She shared her message on Instagram Monday morning, calling such shows disturbing and unnecessary.

In her post, Khan said, “Many podcasts today aim to embarrass guests instead of having meaningful conversations.” She added that hosts often ask questions meant to corner or shame people rather than discuss ideas.

Khan recalled a recent podcast where a female guest faced harsh scrutiny over her own videos. The host repeatedly asked whether her actions were “right or wrong.” She questioned who gives anyone the power to judge someone else. “Nobody has the right to dictate how you live your life,” Khan wrote. “Right and wrong belong between you and God, not the audience.
