Pakistani television star Hiba Bukhari, known for her memorable roles in dramas such as Bholi Bano, Tarap, Deewangi, and Mere Humnasheen, recently shared details about her upcoming project Humrahi.
Hiba, who is married to actor Arez Ahmed and mother to daughter Aynoor, appeared on the Ramzan special Bahar-e-Ramzan, hosted by Faysal Quraishi, to discuss the much-anticipated drama series.
During the conversation, Faysal Quraishi accidentally revealed a key cast member of Humrahi. “You have a great cast in it, including Shahzad Nawaz, Arez Ahmed, and Danish Taimoor,” he said. Hiba responded with amusement, “Arez Ahmed was supposed to be a secret, but now it’s out. But don’t reveal which character he will play.”
Humrahi also marks the return of renowned producer and director Babar Javed, who is praised for his hands-on guidance on set. Hiba shared that working with him made complex scenes easier to perform. “As actors, we missed a director who could guide us on set. Babar Javed explained everything clearly, which allowed us to deliver even difficult scenes effortlessly,” she said.
Earlier, Pakistani showbiz industry’s talented actress Hiba Bukhari has achieved a significant milestone in the drama industry.
Currently, her drama serial “Jaan Nisar” is being aired on a private TV channel where she stars alongside actor Danish Taimoor in the lead role. The chemistry between the two actors in the drama has been highly praised by the audience.
“Jaan Nisar” has also made waves on YouTube, breaking records of popularity among other Pakistani dramas. It has garnered a staggering one billion views on the platform surpassing all competitors.
Following the drama’s success, Hiba Bukhari has become the only Pakistani actress to have two dramas, “Jaan Nisar” and “Fitoor” achieve one billion views on YouTube.
