Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that the Opposition gave importance to Adiala inmate instead of national and regional security, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Talking to media, Law Minister said that the Prime Minister had sincerely invited Opposition for in-camera briefing, it would have been better if the Opposition had attended the meeting today.
He said that the opposition should leave politics and play its role in the interest of the country and on the issue of national security.
“We have an opportunity that Pakistan give a unified voice on national issues like security”, said Azam Nazir Tarar. He said that during the meeting, Prime Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave a detailed briefing. This series should continue.
He said that the government was looking at this very responsibly. It would be nice if the opposition, leaving aside politics and Adiala, would look at the matter responsibly in the future.
