Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Selection Committee has been reconstituted and two former captains have been included in the committee, it was reported on Thursday.
Former captains Sarfraz Ahmed and Misbah-ul-Haq have become members of the selection committee.
The selection committee of the national cricket team will now consist of four members.
Aqib Javed and Asad Shafiq will also remain in the selection committee.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has updated the selection committee on its website, according to which Misbah-ul-Haq and Sarfaraz Ahmed have become members of the national selection committee.
There will be no upheaval in the national team that did not reach the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup.
It should be remembered that Aleem Dar resigned from the selection committee three days ago.
