Fahad Mustafa, the popular Pakistani actor and host of Jeeto Pakistan, addressed recent criticism over his perceived arrogance in a candid interview. He also teased veteran actress Atiqa Odho during the conversation.
Fahad Mustafa, known for his roles in hit dramas like Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum alongside Hania Aamir, said he is often misunderstood for being reserved or selective in his social interactions.
“I am not arrogant; I just know when to open up and when to stay reserved,” he said. “If people see it as arrogance, that’s their view. I choose my moments. Sometimes I enjoy socializing, sometimes I don’t. Meeting people constantly can be exhausting.”
He added that public attention, constant photography, and scrutiny can be overwhelming. “You don’t always look your best, and people take pictures that sometimes don’t reflect reality. It’s tiring to maintain a public image 24/7,” he explained.
Fahad Mustafa also reflected on interviews and media appearances. “I don’t make many mistakes, but people around me do. I accept that I am popular, and people love to mention me in shows. I feel proud that I’m remembered.”
The actor further spoke about his cautious approach toward praise. “I’m wary of compliments because after praise, people often look for ways to put you down. I focus on my work rather than public validation,” he said.
