Pakistani singer and actor Aon Ali Khan has made notable claims regarding his experience working on the comedy show Mazaqraat, alleging limitations and pressure during his earlier association with the program.
Speaking on a podcast appearance with Ahmed Ali Butt, Aon Ali Khan discussed his professional journey and shared insights into the challenges he faced while being part of the show’s team, which is associated with writer and comedian Vasay Chaudhary.
He stated that during his earlier tenure, he was reportedly restricted from pursuing other projects alongside the show. According to him, such constraints affected his ability to explore acting opportunities in television dramas and other productions.
Aon Ali Khan further claimed that he was sometimes required to manage responsibilities independently when the core team was unavailable, adding that consistent work was not always guaranteed. He contrasted this with his current professional environment, where he said he has been able to work on multiple projects and receive support for acting roles in dramas and films.
He credited the current management of the show, led by actor Imran Ashraf, for providing him with better coordination and opportunities, allowing him to expand his presence beyond a single platform. He also mentioned that participation in recent projects contributed to improving his visibility and career growth.
