Saheefa Jabbar lays down law after employee controversy

Pakistani actress and entrepreneur Saheefa Jabbar Khattak has firmly addressed ongoing controversy surrounding her business, making it clear that she will not tolerate any form of dishonesty or unprofessional behavior.

Taking to Instagram, Saheefa shared a strongly worded message, setting strict boundaries for both employees and vendors while defending her stance on maintaining high standards.

In her statement, she emphasized that theft, carelessness, and lack of commitment would not be accepted under any circumstances.

She pointed out issues such as habitual lateness, lack of teamwork, leaving during busy hours without notice, poor quality service, and unethical practices as reasons for immediate disassociation. Stressing that her approach is not driven by ego but by principles, she underlined her responsibility toward hardworking team members who depend on the workplace for their livelihood.

Acknowledging that she is still learning as a business owner, Saheefa asserted that she will not apologies for enforcing discipline, safeguarding her team, or protecting her venture even if it leads to being labeled “difficult.”

Her clarification comes shortly after a former employee shared a vlog alleging unfair dismissal and unpaid dues, which sparked debate online.

Responding indirectly, Saheefa’s message appeared to counter these claims while reinforcing her commitment to accountability and professionalism.

 

It is worth noting that Saheefa recently stepped into the food industry by launching two eateries in Lahore, aiming to offer a unique and quality focused dining experience. However, her ventures have faced challenges, including online backlash and targeted negative reviews following earlier controversies.

Despite the criticism and pressure, she remains focused on building her brand with integrity, determined to uphold standards and deliver a consistent experience to her customers.
