Kyber Paktunkhawa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has said that the purpose of attending various meetings with the federal government was to get KP’s rights.
Addressing the press conference, CM Afridi said that the federal government makes its own policy and implements it in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but does not pay the expenses.
“Our resources are used in the war against terrorism but the federal government does not pay the money. We are not being given our rights”, CM Afridi claimed.
He said that Centre was considering the people of KP as sheep and goats. CM Afridi said KP government so far invested 15 billion from its own pocket. Last year, the most dangerous flood in history occurred in KP. The federal government did not give a single rupee for the flood victims.
Kyber Paktunkhawa Chief Minister said despite all of this, KP budget is being cut separately.
He said that PTI will not be a part of lockdown policy. He said that petrol prices were increasing every day and it was their responsibility to raise the voice of the common man.
