European Union announces full support for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts

The European Union has announced its full support for Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts, it was reported on Wednesday.
Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar had an important telephone conversation with the European Union member in which the latest situation in the region and diplomatic developments were discussed.
Pakistan emphasised negotiations and diplomacy for peace.
The European Union representative appreciated Pakistan’s role. Kaya Kallas praised Pakistan’s efforts in the ceasefire.
Meanwhile, Ishaq Dar had a telephone conversation with Qatari Minister of State Dr Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khelaifi.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, he was briefed about Pakistan’s diplomacy and dialogue efforts for peace and stability in the region.
The Qatari Minister of State appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role and praised Pakistan’s efforts to promote peace.
The Qatari Minister of State also conveyed a message of good wishes on behalf of Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.
Moreover, Ishaq Dar also telephonically spoke with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Ati.
The two leaders discussed the evolving situation in the region.
Ishaq Dar briefed on the latest developments in Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to advance dialogue and diplomatic engagements to promote peace and stability in the region.

Chinese envoy meets FM Dar

Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zedong called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister (FM) Ishaq Dar.

In the meeting, Ishaq Dar emphasized Pakistan’s diplomatic role for peace in the Middle East.

China appreciated Pakistan’s role for peace and stability in the region.

Pakistan and China share commitment for lasting peace in the Middle East and Gulf.

Both countries express continued efforts for lasting peace and security in the region.
