Iran asks US to adopt ‘America First’ policy, not ‘Israel First’

Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref said the outcome of high-stakes negotiations in Islamabad depends on Washington’s policy priorities, Al Jazeera reported.

In a post on X, Aref stated that a mutually beneficial agreement could be reached if US officials focus on their “America First” agenda. However, he warned that any shift toward an “Israel First” approach would lead to a breakdown in talks.
