The price of gold in Pakistan saw another decrease on Friday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs2,000, settling at Rs271,300, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs1,715, taking it to Rs232,596.
In the international market also, the price of gold saw a good dip of $20 on Friday, reaching $2,601 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
The price of silver in the local market remained stable at Rs3,350 per tola.
