Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Abbas has extended his contract with Nottinghamshire for the ongoing English county cricket season.
According to details, Abbas will remain available for the club until September, provided he has no international commitments. Under the terms of the new deal, he is expected to feature in two County Championship matches each in June and July.
Abbas has been in impressive form this season, claiming 16 wickets in just three matches.
Speaking about the extension, Abbas said: “I will head to England following Eid-ul-Azha to join the team. I’m really enjoying my time with the county side.”
