ISLAMABAD: Another 28 members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have resigned from parliamentary committees, raising the total number of PTI resignations from these bodies to 47.
According to sources, PTI lawmakers submitted their resignations to the Speaker’s Office. Additionally, six PTI members have also stepped down from committee chairmanships.
Those who resigned as committee heads include Junaid Akbar, Aamir Dogar, Sanaullah Masti Khel, Dr. Ziauddin, Javed Iqbal, and Haji Imtiaz Ahmed.
