Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar spoke on the phone with Foreign Minister of Türkiye, Hakan Fidan.
During the conversation, they reviewed developments following Davos, and agreed to remain in close contact on key regional and international matters.
Pakistan and Turkiye have reaffirmed their commitment to continuous coordination on critical regional and international issues, including counterterrorism, economic cooperation, and support for shared geopolitical interests.
This alignment reflects their strategic partnership, strengthened by historical ties and mutual trust. Both nations emphasize collaboration within multilateral forums such as the OIC and UN, aiming to enhance stability in South Asia, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Their joint efforts also extend to defense, energy projects, and humanitarian assistance, underscoring a long-term vision for regional peace and development.
