Pakistani actor Feroze Khan has apologised for uttering a controversial statement on the internet that sparked serious backlash, the statement went like this: “I have read a hadith that dealing arrogance with arrogance is sadqa.”
A digital creator decided to make a reaction video on Feroze Khan’s latest stance, laced with appropriate opinions which should have crossed Feroze’s mind before he uttered such negativity.
The journalist known as Sheraz Butt reminded Feroze that arrogance is a sin and that even though he completely respects his opinion, stating his declarations might have been referenced by a philosopher, but calling pride and arrogance a ‘sadqa’ is completely wrong.
He asks Feroze that what is the difference between an arrogant person and you if you answer his arrogance with equal arrogance? He also reminds everyone that arrogance will not let any person enter Jannah because this is the attribute of Allah and it only suits him.
Feroze Khan has decided to apologise to the digital creator by sharing a message stating: “I apologise. I read it on the internet and shared it. Thank you for guiding me.”
