Pakistan dominate Mr & Miss Universe contest with six-medal haul in Thailand

Pakistan secured an impressive six gold medals and four professional (Pro) cards at the prestigious Mr & Miss Universe Bodybuilding Championship in Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, it was reported on Saturday.

Leading the country’s success was Quetta-based athlete Abdul Razzaq Khilji, who clinched the prestigious Mr Universe Men’s Physique title.

Other gold medal winners included Karachi’s Muhammad Shoaib, Pakistan Customs athlete Muhammad Umair, Nasser Khan, and Lahore’s Shahid Chaudhry, who topped their respective categories, adding to Pakistan’s medal tally.

The outstanding results gave Pakistan a flying start in the championship, with the national contingent emerging as one of the standout performers on the first day of competition.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Rameez Ibrahim Khan is also representing the country at the event as an international judge.

With six gold medals already secured, Pakistani bodybuilders have made a powerful statement in Bangkok and will look to continue their winning momentum in the remaining events of the championship.
