Nawaz Sharif reaches Murree, expected to review development projects

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif arrived in Murree on Saturday via the Murree Expressway for a private visit and is expected to review ongoing development projects in the hill station.

Upon arrival, Nawaz Sharif proceeded to his residence located at Bagh-e-Shuhada in the Kashmir Point area, where he is expected to stay for the next few days.

According to sources, the PML-N leader is also likely to inspect the ongoing land acquisition project on Mall Road, which is part of the government’s efforts to improve traffic management and urban infrastructure in Murree.

Sources further said that an important meeting on Murree’s development is expected to be held at the Government House, Kashmir Point.

The meeting is likely to review progress on key development initiatives and discuss plans for the city’s infrastructure and tourism facilities.
