A proposed schedule has emerged for the tri-nation ODI series to be hosted by Pakistan, with the tournament expected to run from 18 October to 1 November, it was reported on Wednesday.
According to sources, the first phase of the series is proposed to be held in Rawalpindi, with matches scheduled for 18, 20, and 22 October.
The second phase is proposed to take place on 25, 27, and 29 October, while the final is scheduled to be played in Lahore on 1 November.
Pakistan, England, and Sri Lanka are expected to take part in the tri-nation ODI series.
Sources said the final schedule would be announced after consultation among the three cricket boards.
The Sri Lankan team is also scheduled to play two Tests and three T20 matches during its tour of Pakistan. Consultations are under way regarding the venues and dates for the series against Sri Lanka.
