A five-page questionnaire issued by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) to Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Rizwan has come to light, seeking details of his social media accounts, finances, property and travel history.
The questionnaire was presented before the Lahore High Court by the NCCIA’s counsel, Assistant Attorney General, during proceedings concerning the agency’s inquiry.
According to the questionnaire, Rizwan was asked to provide details of all his social media accounts used over the past 10 years.
The agency also sought information about his sources of income, including salary and rental earnings, over the last five years.
Rizwan was further asked to provide details of profits earned on money held in bank accounts, as well as household and educational expenses incurred during the same period.
The questionnaire also seeks details of inherited property and any purchase or sale of property by the cricketer during the past five years.
The agency has additionally asked Rizwan to provide details of his international trips and expenses over the last five years, along with records of domestic travel.
He was also asked to disclose details of any loans he had obtained from others during the period.
The notice issued to Rizwan by the NCCIA has also surfaced.
According to the notice, the agency is conducting an inquiry into online betting in Pakistan cricket and requires Rizwan’s statement as part of the investigation.
The notice states that Rizwan was required to appear before the agency to record his statement. It further warned that failure to appear would be taken to mean that he had nothing to offer in his defence.
