The price of gold in Pakistan and globally continued to witness an upward trend.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a significant increase of Rs6,100 on Tuesday to reach Rs356,100. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold hiked by Rs5,232, bringing it to Rs305,300.
The global gold market also witnessed significant changes, with the price of gold per ounce rising by $61 to reach $3,377.
Meanwhile, the silver prices in Pakistan also hiked on Tuesday, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver increasing by Rs57 to reach Rs3,482, and the price for 10 grams of silver rising to Rs 2,985.
