The price of gold in Pakistan and globally continued to rise for the second consecutive day.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a significant increase of Rs2,400 on Saturday to reach Rs338,500. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold hiked by Rs2,058, bringing it to Rs290,209.
The global gold market also witnessed significant changes, with the price of gold per ounce rising by $24 to reach $3,177.
The silver prices in Pakistan also saw an increase, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver rising by Rs33 to reach Rs3,410, and the price for 10 grams of silver rising to Rs 2,923.
