Actress and model Nadia Hussain has praised young actor Aashir Wajahat for his performance in the recently concluded drama Kafeel, calling him a rising talent with exceptional screen presence.
The drama, aired on ARY Digital, gained strong viewership and positive feedback for its emotional, family-oriented storyline. It was written by Umera Ahmed and directed by Meesam Naqvi, featuring a cast including Sanam Saeed, Emmad Irfani, Hassan Khan, and Aashir Wajahat in a key role.
Aashir Wajahat’s portrayal of the character Subuk received widespread appreciation from both audiences and industry figures, marking one of his most notable performances to date.
Nadia Hussain, in a social media post, praised his acting skills and described his performance as controlled, emotional, and confident. She said his delivery stood out and emotionally connected with viewers.
She further went on to call him the “Shah Rukh Khan of Pakistan,” a remark that quickly caught attention online due to its strong comparison with the Bollywood superstar.
