Rumours about me and my co-stars getting hitched upset my parents: Dananeer

During an episode of Something Haute, Pakistani actress Dananeer Mobeen got candid about the ever-circulating rumours about her getting hitched with her co-stars, revealing that it makes her very uncomfortable because her family gets affected by it.

In case you aren’t aware, speculations regarding Pakistani actors Ahad Raza Mir and Dananeer Mobeen had been circulating on the internet previously regarding them tying the knot because of their stirring chemistry in a mutual chart-topping Pakistani drama serial Meem Se Mohabbat.

Therefore, we strongly believe that this is the reason host Amna Isani decided to raise this particular question. Dananeer revealed that these speculations made her supremely uncomfortable because her parents are a bit simple and they do not appreciate such baseless rumours.

Dananeer also revealed that she does not want her future partner to get affected by these kind of assumptions and even though she gets all giddy, all happy that fans love her so much and they are so invested in her on-screen pairings that they want the couple to get hitched in real life however the intensity that follows sometimes scares her and makes her supremely agitated.

During the span of the engaging interview session, Dananeer shed light on how she and her co-stars spend so much time on the set together and that she is grateful she has always been blessed with such supportive co-stars while when they are done shooting, they always end up sending each other screen shots of the circulating rumours, going like “Oh we got engaged? I never knew that.

These are the exact words uttered by Dananeer during the span of the interview: “It does make me uncomfortable because my family starts getting affected. My parents are a bit simple. I also feel like whoever I will be with in the future I also don’t want them to get uncomfortable last thought but something in the back of my head.

She further declared: “Pyaar ata hai fans par ke yaar app itna invest hogaye that you want us to get married. But I really think it gets very problematic and troublesome. Considering how intense it gets. Set pe because we spend so much time together, we are never like look they are shipping us together. Alhamdullilah I have been blessed with very co-operative costars. When we are done shooting, we send each other screenshots oh look we got engaged. I didn’t know that. It’s always banter. It’s never uncomfortable.”

On the work front, Dananeer Mobeen is currently starring in a movie project known as Mera Lyari which has been inspired from the concept of female footballers residing in the locality of Lyari district located in Karachi. The movie is getting all the hype on social media and is among the top trending topics on Twitter currently.
