KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Saturday termed the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement between Saudi Arabi, Pakistan and Turkiye a significant milestone in the country’s history.
In a post on X, he said it is a historic development that will further strengthen our defense capabilities.
“This agreement is not only a guarantee for the stable and secure future of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Turkey, but also a historic document for regional and global peace,” he wrote.
The PPP chairman commended the role of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir for making this agreement possible.
