PTI leader Shaukat Yousafzai has advised party leaders to postpone the planned protest, saying the current circumstances are not suitable for holding demonstrations.
In a letter to party leaders, Yousafzai said the protest should be postponed if necessary, adding that the lives of PTI workers are valuable.
He alleged that the federal government was looking for excuses and claimed that the PML-N wanted terrorism cases to be registered against PTI.
Yousafzai further alleged that efforts were also being made to use terrorism as a pretext for imposing an emergency and the prevailing situation was not conducive to holding a protest and advised the party leadership to reconsider the planned long march.
