Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has re-issued arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and others in November 26 protest case, it was reported on Wednesday.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case.
The police failed to submit the case challan today as well.
The court directed the police to submit the challan promptly.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case until October 9.
A case against the PTI leaders and workers is registered at Margalla Police Station.
