Real Lahore Football Club has won the Lahore District Under-19 Football Championship after defeating Jallo Football Club in an exciting final at Punjab University Ground, it was reported on Tuesday.
The match ended in a draw during regular time, forcing the teams to decide the winner through a penalty shootout.
Real Lahore held their nerve and secured a 5-4 victory on penalties to lift the championship trophy.
Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Vice President Hafiz Zakaullah attended the final as the chief guest.
Lahore District Football Association President Zia Arif and Secretary Abdul Nadeem were also present on the occasion.
At the closing ceremony, the guests distributed prizes among the players and congratulated the teams on their performances.
