Veteran actor Randhir Kapoor turns 74 today. To celebrate the special day, his children Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor planned an intimate birthday dinner on Sunday evening. Actor Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhat, Adar Jain and Tara Sutaria also made it to the do. Karisma took to Instagram to post a picture from the gathering. In the picture, we saw two cakes – one covered in thick chocolate frosting, and the other one was a heart-shaped cake, layered with red fondue, crossed with white ribbon shaped fondue. The endearing message on the cake read, “You are our valentine. Happy Birthday Papa.” The stars gathered together on Valentine’s Day to celebrate the veteran actor’s birthday who is still mourning the loss of his youngest brother Rajiv Kapoor.
It has been a tough year for the Kapoor family, after the untimely loss of actor Rishi Kapoor in April last year. They were in for another shock with the death of actor Rajiv Kapoor to heart attack on 9th February 2021.
