Humaima Malick has sent fans into a wave of speculation after posting a throwback click with Indian actor-producer Soham Shah
Taking to Instagram stories, The Legend of Maula Jatt star shared the image with a crpytic caption: “Director sahib memories. More to come.”
While it remains unclear when or where the picture was taken, its resurfacing has sparked chatter about whether the pair are set to collaborate on a new project, or if the post was simply a nostalgic memory.
Fans wasted no time in expressing their excitement online as comments like “back together?” and “new project incoming?” flooded social media.
Some even speculated whether Humaima and Soham could be considering a film or series that bridges the gap between the two markets.

Humaima Malick has long been one of Pakistan’s most prominent actresses and models.
Beginning her career at just 14, she first made her mark on the runway before moving into television.
She starred in successful dramas like Ishq Junoon Dewangi and Akbari Asghari .
Her big-screen breakthrough came with Shoaib Mansoor’s critically acclaimed film Bol.
Humaima later ventured into Bollywood, making her debut opposite Emraan Hashmi in Raja Natwarlal.
Back in Pakistan, she continued to appear in high-profile films, including Arth – The Destination and the record-breaking blockbuster The Legend of Maula Jatt.
Soham Shah first made waves with Ship of Theseus (2012), a critically acclaimed film he also produced under his Recyclewala Films banner.
His work in Talvar (2015), a crime thriller based on the Aarushi Talwar case, further displayed his acting prowess.
However, Tumbbad cemented Shah’s reputation as both a talented actor and a visionary producer. The film, praised internationally for its storytelling and visuals, has since become a cult classic. He has also featured in Simran (2017) alongside Kangana Ranaut.
While the throwback post has sparked speculation, neither Humaima Malick nor Soham Shah has officially confirmed whether a new project is in the works. Still, the buzz highlights the enduring popularity of both stars and the curiosity surrounding potential cross-border collaborations.
