Mohsin Naqvi listened to the problems of the citizens and gave orders on the spot for their solution.
He directed to process the documents of an elderly woman in a wheelchair without delay.
Work of special people should be handled immediately with a special protocol, Mohsin Naqvi directed.
He asked the citizens about the services at the NADRA Center and Passport Office.
On the occasion, citizens said there is no need to wait long to get a passport and the turn comes quickly.
Citizens said the dealing of the staff is also good and they guide them properly.
Mohsin Naqvi instructed to quickly complete work related to identity cards and documents.
Citizens should not face any difficulty in obtaining their documents, Mohsin Naqvi directed.
He instructed that delivery of documents and passports should be ensured within the stipulated time.
