Two children injured as rockets fired at civilian home in Panjgur

Two children were injured on Tuesday morning when terrorists fired two rockets at the home of a local resident in the Chitkan area of Panjgur, according to security sources.

The attack targeted the residence of Haji Zafar Sasoli, where two RPG rounds struck the building at around 8:30 a.m., sources said.

The injured children were immediately shifted to DHQ Hospital Panjgur for medical treatment.

The incident caused panic among nearby residents, with locals expressing deep concern over the targeting of non-combatants in a residential neighbourhood.

Police and law enforcement agencies soon reached the site, collecting evidence as part of the ongoing investigation. Authorities have declared the incident a deliberate act of terrorism aimed at an unarmed civilian family.

Security officials strongly condemned the attack, calling the targeting of children and ordinary citizens “cowardly and unacceptable,” and confirmed that efforts are underway to trace and apprehend those responsible.
