Master Paints, Diamond Paints, FG/Din triumphant at 6th Allama Iqbal Polo Cup 2025

Three competitive matches were decided on the fifth day of the tournament, with Master Paints, Diamond Paints and FG/Din emerging victorious at 6th Allama Iqbal Polo Cup 2025–26, sponsored by Master Paints and being played in the loving memory of the late Sufi Haris, at the Jinnah Polo Fields on Monday.

A large number of spectators and families turned up to witness the high-quality polo action. Prominent attendees included Director Master Paints Sufi Muhammad Aamir, Sufi Muhammad Haroon bin Haris, Club Secretary Major (R) Adil Sultan Rao, along with a sizeable gathering of polo players and enthusiasts.

In the opening match of the day, Master Paints defeated Rijas/Sheikhoo by 9–6.5 after a spirited contest. Amirreza Bahboudi led the charge for Master Paints by scoring three goals, while Chaudhry Fatah, Sufi Muhammad Haris bin Haroon and Muhammad Ali Malik contributed two goals each. For Rijas/Sheikhoo, Raja Samiullah and Mohib Faisal Shahzad scored two goals apiece, while Osman Aziz Anwar and Mumtaz Abbas Niazi added one goal each.

The second match saw Diamond Paints outclass BN Polo by 8–5. Raja Jalal Arsalan delivered an outstanding performance by scoring five goals, supported by Mir Huzaifa Ahmed with two goals and Mir Shoaib Ahmed with one. For BN Polo, Hamza Mawaz Khan netted three goals, while Saim Abbas and Ibrahim Khalil scored one goal each.

In the third and final match of the day, FG/Din edged past Team Balochistan by a close margin of 7.5–6 in a highly competitive encounter. Raja Mikayial Sami starred for FG/Din with five goals, while Malik Ali Kuli Khan and Ibrahim Sultan chipped in with one goal each. Marcos Rivarola was the standout performer for Team Balochistan, scoring all five of his team’s goals.
