PTI leader Senator Mashal Yousafzai on Thursday once again expressed her reservations over the party leadership.
At PTI’s core committee meeting, Mashal took on the party’s spokesman Sheikh Waqas Akram, saying that the press release issued by him on the former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan’s health was homeopathic.
The senator said that not only Akram concealed the facts in the press release and did not show any reaction but he also did not mention the decisions taken at a two-hour long meeting of the core committee.
“What was mentioned in the press release was not included in the meeting’s minutes,” Mashal said.
She warned that if the PTI leaders were not allowed to meet Imran or the latter was not allowed to see his personal physicians, the party would jam entire KP. “If our demands regarding the PTI founder are not met, then the party’s protest on February 8 will no longer remain limited to a strike,” she warned.
