Popular Pakistani model and actress Amna Ilyas, known for her work in dramas like Janam Jali, Humraaz, and Aik Aur Pakeezah, recently made a playful yet candid appeal regarding her marriage plans.
During a conversation with TV hosts Javeria Saud and Nida Yasir, Amna revealed that she is ready for marriage and urged her friends to help find a suitable partner for her.
“I am ready to get married. You guys are allowed to find proposals for me. What is the use of having such friends? You guys are useless!” Amna jokingly remarked. “Find a good guy — handsome, sensible, a green flag, and someone who earns well too.”
Addressing Javeria Saud, she added, “I am requesting all my friends to find a husband for me now. I have tried my best, but I couldn’t find one. Search for a husband for me the way you would for your daughter or sister. Please take it seriously and find me a suitable match.”
Amna Ilyas’ humorous and honest approach has amused fans, who appreciated her openness about personal life while highlighting the social pressures celebrities often face regarding marriage.
Amna Ilyas wants one thing above all else: to be remembered. Over the years, she has explored multiple creative paths, working in films, television, theatre, and modelling. At times, she stepped away from the spotlight, only to return later as a showstopper. Recently, she added entrepreneur to her identity with her own clothing brand. Despite these shifts, her goal has remained clear—she wants her work to leave a lasting impression.
Believing in quality over quantity, Amna prefers a few meaningful roles rather than many forgettable ones. She explains that even two strong performances in a year can create more impact than dozens that go unnoticed. This mindset reflects her maturity as an artist, developed through careful reflection on what truly satisfies her creatively.
