Pakistani actress Sonya Hussyn took to Instagram to share her take on the personality traits of a true “July Girl.”
Through a story post, she humorously outlined the highs and lows of being born in July, giving fans an entertaining glimpse into the mindset behind the zodiac-inspired label.
According to Sonya, a “July Girl” knows her worth, has style in her DNA and can sometimes overthink everything.
While she may appear calm on the outside with an “I’m totally fine” attitude, inside she’s often barely holding it together.
In matters of love, she tends to ignore red flags, her mood can shift up to 70 times a day and her life motto is “losing toxic people is a win.”

The Instagram story was accompanied by the instrumental track “Jacob and the Stone” by Emile Mosseri, from the 2020 film Minari.
Known for its minimalist piano and ambient textures, the song has gone viral on TikTok and Instagram as the soundtrack to reflective or bittersweet content.
Beyond social media, Sonya Hussyn has established herself as one of Pakistan’s most versatile performers.
Sonya’s work has earned her both international and domestic accolades. In November 2025, she won Best Supporting Actress at the Eurasian Open “Diamond Butterfly” ceremony in Moscow for her role in Deemak.
She also secured the Best Supporting Role (Female) trophy at the 4th Pakistani Cinema Awards 2026, also for Deemak.
Looking ahead, Sonya is set to star in the upcoming action film Psycho, directed by Shaan Shahid and co-starring veteran actress Meera, expected to release on Eid-ul-Fitr 2026.
She has also hinted at stepping into film production, aiming to gain more creative control over her projects.
