Pakistan and Turkiye have expressed serious concern over the worsening situation in the Middle East and called for de-escalation in the region, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to Foreign Office post uploaded on X platform on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke last evening with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
The two foreign ministers discussed the evolving regional situation and expressed serious concern over the rising tensions.
Ishaq Dar underscored the urgent need for de-escalation and emphasised that constructive dialogue and diplomacy remain the only effective means to resolve issues and promote peace and stability in the region.
